Self-selected nutritional intake and day-to-day recovery during long-term endurance training using Machine Learning analysis

We are now recruiting for an exciting study in endurance athletes to determine the associations between self-selected dietary intake, sleep, life stress, and training load, and an athlete’s subjective feeling during each training session.

This study will be open to male and female endurance athletes aged 18 or older who are training at least seven hours per week, and currently using a smartphone app to track their dietary intake at least five days per week and an Oura Ring or other device to measure sleep and HRV.
